1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
All of our kittens come with a 1-year guarantee against any congenital or hereditary defects. If your kitten is diagnosed with a covered genetic condition within the first year of life, we will either provide a full refund or assist with any necessary veterinary treatment, up to the original purchase price of the kitten.

30-Day Wellness Guarantee
In addition to the 1-year genetic health guarantee, each of our kittens is also covered by a 30-day wellness guarantee. If your new kitten becomes ill with a non-genetic condition within the first 30 days of adoption, we will reimburse you for any veterinary costs, up to the original purchase price of the kitten.

Comprehensive Veterinary Care
To give our kittens the best start, they receive a full regimen of age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming treatments, and a comprehensive veterinary health exam before going to their new homes. Each kitten is also microchipped for permanent identification.

We want you to feel completely confident and secure when bringing home one of our kittens. Our comprehensive health guarantees are just one of the ways we provide peace of mind and ensure every kitten has the best chance for a long, healthy, and happy life.

Visiting and Pickup

We strongly encourage all prospective owners to visit and meet our kittens in person before adoption. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to interact with the kittens and see the loving, family-oriented environment in which they are raised. This allows you to experience their temperament, socialization, and playful personalities firsthand.

One of our experienced staff members will guide you through the facility, answer any questions, and help you spend quality time with your future kitten. We want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in your decision before bringing your kitten home.

To ensure personalized attention, visits are by appointment only. We require a 50% refundable deposit to reserve your kitten, with the remaining balance due upon pickup.

Safe Shipping

We understand that not all of our customers can visit our cattery in person, so we provide a safe and secure shipping process for kittens across the United States and Canada.

Kittens travel in the cabin of the plane, accompanied by a pet nanny, and undergo a thorough veterinary examination prior to departure to ensure they are healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and fit to travel. During transit, the kitten’s wellbeing is closely monitored, and any necessary care is provided en route. Upon arrival, the kitten will be personally delivered to you or your designated recipient.

All shipped kittens are covered by our standard 1-year genetic health guarantee and 30-day wellness guarantee. This ensures that if any covered condition arises, we will provide support and assistance.
